Troubleshooting 1:

Do you hear a "Welcome to the world of Mochi"audio when you insert the batteries into the board? If not, please eject and re-insert the SD card that is inside the function board. After this, take out and re-insert the batteries.

To eject the SD card, press the SD card in the right slot of the board until you hear a click>> let the SD card come out completely>> then push it back until you hear a click. Once you do this, remove and re-insert the batteries.

Troubleshooting 2:

Check the green light on both robot and the board. If one green LED light is solid and one is blinking, the device with the solid green LED light needs to be reset until the LED light is blinking.

To reset the robot:
Press the small button in the back of the robot with a pen or a screwdriver.
To reset the board:
Press the small button on the left side of the board.

If this doesn't help, remove, and re-insert the batteries of both devices.

Additional troubleshooting:

If the lights of both Robot and Board are blinking, but if the lights don't begin circling on the board, try these steps:

-Check that you have a green forward block in slot 1, and press the yellow Go button.
-Make sure the batteries are fully charged. If not, please change the batteries.

If you see the white LED lights circling on the board, but the Robot and Board are not pairing, try these steps:

- Make sure the green light on the robot is blinking green, and if not, shake the robot to wake him up.
-Try placing the back of the robot next to the top of the board. The parts with the blinking green lights should be very close to each other (2-3 inches apart)
